Overview Join the WPS team at Wates Group to lead IT investment strategies and high-impact projects across our property services business. Work with the Facilities Management Business Analyst to define requirements, select suppliers, ensure compliance, and implement robust project processes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead IT projects within the Operational Application Programme.
Define scope, outputs, timelines and budgets.
Manage risks, compliance reporting and supplier selection.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the business.
Drive projects using Agile and formal methodologies.
Ensure successful delivery of technical and business solutions.
Qualifications & Requirements
5+ years as an IT Project Manager.
Experience with PRINCE2 (or similar) and Agile.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Organised and detail‑oriented, able to juggle multiple priorities.
FM sector (Facilities Management) experience is a plus.
