We're looking for a dynamic Senior Mobile Engineer to lead our React Native app, shape technology direction, experiment with modern approaches such as computer vision, behaviour modelling, and gamification. You’ll make critical technical decisions, steer architecture, raise quality standards, and grow the team while collaborating with our Lead Engineer and product team. What You Get

Our mobile app, crafted in TypeScript/React Native and powered by TanStack Query for state management, ensures a seamless and engaging user experience. We’ve launched a cutting‑edge risk consultancy dashboard with NextJS, Zustand, and TanStack Query. We maintain high code coverage for our applications, providing confidence that everything we release undergoes rigorous testing and verification. We constantly enhance development tools, methods, and technology stack to boost efficiency. We’re gearing up for exciting projects on the horizon – and that’s where you come in! What You’ll Work With

Technical
4+ years’ experience building robust, maintainable mobile applications in production. Proficient with TypeScript, React Native, Zustand, Tailwind/Nativewind/SCSS. Experienced in writing comprehensive automated tests. Attentive to app performance optimisation and mobile security best practices. Comfortable working across the stack (RESTful APIs, PostgreSQL, basic cloud infrastructure knowledge). Advocate for clean code, UI/UX best practices, and scalable architecture. Skilled at debugging complex issues and optimising for production stability. Ways Of Working
