Key Responsibilities Generate and qualify new business opportunities through your own outreach and inbound leads Deliver compelling product demos and presentations, both virtually and in-person Manage opportunities from initial contact to contract signature Build strong relationships with decision‑makers across HR, finance, operations, and leadership teams Negotiate terms and close deals while consistently meeting or exceeding targets Keep accurate pipeline records and provide regular updates to the leadership team Represent the company at events and through other networking activities
Who we’re looking for Proven B2B sales experience (2+ years), ideally with SaaS or technology solutions A strong history of meeting and exceeding targets HR tech experience is a big advantage, but enthusiasm and a results‑driven attitude are essential Confident managing your own pipeline and comfortable handling inbound leads Excellent communicator with strong presentation skills Ambitious, self‑motivated, and excited to contribute to a growing scale‑up
