Self-Employed 100% Commission-Based Flexible working hours UK-based (Remote + Field Visits) Key Responsibilities:
Actively approach and build relationships with Head Greenkeepers, Course Managers, and Turf Professionals across golf clubs and sports turf sites. Pitch VM ECOGROW’s product range and starter trial programs to prospective clients. Offer agronomic insights and tailor our turf health programs to the client’s unique conditions and challenges. Conduct follow-ups with leads, arrange demos, and coordinate product trials on client sites. Educate clients about the benefits of transitioning to sustainable turf care practices. Gather market feedback, competitor insights, and customer pain points. Meet monthly sales targets and report client engagement activities. Required Qualifications and Skills:
Prior greenkeeping , sports turf , or grounds maintenance experience required (minimum 3 years). Basic understanding of turf nutrition, disease management, and soil health. Familiarity with turfgrass issues like thatch , Fusarium , anthracnose , compaction , etc. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-driven, proactive, and capable of managing your schedule. Strong customer service and consultative selling ability. UK driving licence and access to your vehicle. Preferred Certifications (Any of the Following):
LANTRA – Safe Use of Pesticides City & Guilds – Level 2 or 3 in Sports Turf Maintenance BIGGA – Continue to Learn Certificates or CPD courses BASIS Foundation Award in Agronomy (Turf) – desirable NVQ / SVQ in Greenkeeping or Groundsmanship PA1 / PA2 / PA6 – Spraying Certificates (optional, but preferred) What We Offer:
