Permanent What You’ll Do
Lead the design of packaging and printed materials, ensuring bold work aligns with our brand world and visual identity. Mentor a Junior Designer, role‑modeling our values: Bold, Together, Accountable, Curious. Act as a brand builder and guardian, inspiring best‑in‑class design across all touchpoints and driving continuous improvement. What We’re Looking For
Design qualification (BA, HND or similar) with strong packaging design experience, shopper print media and marketing campaigns. Proficiency in Adobe Suite – Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop. Solid knowledge of print production, colour science and colour management. Good knowledge of UX and UI digital design. Creative thinker, high agility in fast‑paced environment, excellent stakeholder management skills. Leadership experience and collaborative mindset. Ability to work effectively on Mac platforms. Desirable Extras
Experience with Meta Business Suite, photography/video, animation or 3D design. Benefits
