£55,000 OTE (including £25,000 basic plus uncapped commission).
Working hours are 44 hours a week.
The role involves working alongside a passionate sales team to provide first-class customer service, building rapport with colleagues and customers, and undertaking key responsibilities as a point of contact for automotive sales.
Responsibilities
Communicating with customers via email, telephone and in person.
Suggesting suitable vehicles based on customer needs.
Arranging and accompanying customers on test drives.
Negotiating the final price for the sale.
Completing the relevant paperwork for each sale.
Qualifications The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be self‑motivated, ambitious, and passionate about what they do. Previous experience in a similar position and within the motor trade is preferred but not essential. A full UK driving licence is required.
