Key Responsibilities: Designing new mechanical products and improving existing ones Creating bespoke solutions for customer-specific requirements Managing engineering projects from concept to completion Producing technical drawings and conducting FEA analysis Preparing reports and maintaining compliance documentation Collaborating with cross-functional teams across the business What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field 3+ years’ experience in a similar role Proficiency in SolidWorks and CAD systems Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and organisational abilities Experience with aluminium structures (preferred) ERP system knowledge and commercial awareness Package Competitive salary (Up to £45k DOE) Company bonus scheme 25 days holiday + public holidays Private medical insurance Are you a design engineer looking for a new challenge?
