Job Summary As a dynamic growing accountancy firm with over 1,000 employees, we invite an Applications Analyst to join our highly successful IT team. You will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation, optimization, and strategic development of our business‑critical applications, acting as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Application Management: Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the CCH applications, ensuring availability, reliability, and performance.
System Enhancements: Identify improvement opportunities and lead application upgrades and integrations.
Maintenance and Support: Provide technical support and troubleshoot CCH application issues promptly.
Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training programs for end‑users and create comprehensive documentation.
Compliance and Security: Ensure CCH applications comply with industry standards, regulations, and security protocols.
Project Delivery: Participate in and lead application‑related projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
Professional Experience: Proven experience with CCH applications or similar software, including configuration, reporting, and workflow management.
Analytical & Problem‑Solving Skills: Excellent ability to interpret complex business processes and optimise them.
Communication & Collaboration: Strong skills to influence and persuade stakeholders; ability to build relationships externally and internally.
Organisational & Time Management: Capability to manage multiple priorities with a structured approach.
Personal Attributes: Confident and approachable; demonstrates resilience, flexibility, motivation, and a positive professional attitude.
