About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to work within our Cyber Security Assurance and Advisory team. The team is responsible for the delivery of industry-leading penetration tests, red team engagements, assessment, and advisory services. The Project Coordinator is a key role within the team that acts as a liaison between the sales team, clients, and our consultants to arrange, book, and help progress engagements. Responsibilities
Introduce and manage project-level communication both internally and externally, including highlight reports, project logs, exception reports, presenting recommendations, action improvement plans, and remedial activity as necessary. Plan all activities to determine the overall project duration, schedule events, identify activities and dependencies, estimate durations, and set billing milestones. Ensure accurate work-in-progress (WIP) revenue recognition and maximize project profitability and timely billing. Manage risks to prevent them becoming issues through supporting planning and resource management functions to ensure projects are delivered effectively and in line with clients’ needs, the contracted service, and required quality/finance/time requirements/limits. Document, evaluate, approve, reject, or defer changes made to a project’s scope, time, cost, and quality objectives. Maintain compliance with company information security policies and procedures, report incidents, and ensure necessary security procedures or activities are completed. In This Role, You Will

Proven experience in project management within a technology company. Project governance, planning, control, and monitoring. Management of project budgets in excess of £10k. Financial reporting including revenue recognition, gross margin, billing milestones, and resource utilisation. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to apply appropriate analysis methods and techniques. Self-managing, proactive, and detail-oriented. Proficient in Prince II methodologies and their appropriate application. Financially astute with good business acumen. Data analysis skills to draw conclusions and present recommendations. Strong networking and communication skills at all levels. Team player with excellent prioritisation skills and initiative. Practical, hands-on, and agile with comfort in ambiguity and change. Proficient in the use of MS Office. Prince II Foundation (desired) and Prince II Practitioner (desired). What Makes Us Great
