What We Do

What You’ll Do
Lead a high performing team of remote software engineers to improve the lives of our customers and their patients.
Design, build and maintain across the full lifecycle for your team's solutions.
Provide API infrastructure and services that integrate between different products and third‑party systems.
Drive a high performing culture of continuous delivery and observability.
Collaborate effectively with product managers, designers, other engineers and business stakeholders to build and support successful new features.
Communicate technical ideas and lead projects with a focus on solving real‑world challenges.
Enable process and practice maturity to deliver on global growth opportunities.
Empower your team to achieve a high level of productivity and capability.
Help recruit and retain engineers to create a talent‑dense, high performing team.
Improve system maintainability and security.
What You’ll Bring With You
2+ years experience within an engineering team‑lead position.
Senior‑level full stack engineer with 5+ years of experience.
Strong at developing RoR web applications accessed by thousands of users.
Experience with single‑page applications and JavaScript frameworks such as Ember.js, React, Angular or Vue.js.
Experience with database technologies such as Postgres or SQL Server.
Robust knowledge of building and working with RESTful APIs.
Experience integrating with internal and third‑party services.
Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Heroku, Azure.
Your personal attributes
Great communication and collaboration skills working with product managers, engineers and business stakeholders.
Independent, proactive and able to deliver production‑ready code with minimal guidance.
Ability to lead and influence across a remote work environment.
