Über
As a Test Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions across a range of systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance, Operations, and Customer Engagement) and integrated business applications. You will be responsible for planning, designing, executing, and documenting both manual and automated tests to verify that new applications, system integrations, and software enhancements meet functional and business requirements.
Core Responsibilities
Create test scenarios, scripts, and plans to ensure good scenario coverage is achieved from the testing process and work with business stakeholders and internal IT teams to execute those test plans.
Facilitate User Acceptance Testing within the business to ensure that acceptance criteria is met.
Execute test cases and document test results using Azure Dev Ops.
Raise issues in accordance with the product defect lifecycle and perform root cause analysis on issues found during test execution.
Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of test plans and test cases.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of requirements and expectations.
Self‑motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Skills / Qualifications
Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Knowledge of automated testing, ideally RSAT or similar.
