Sales Executive Main Responsibilities
Acquire new landlords and property listings
Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
Register client information in internal systems
Arrange property viewings for prospective tenants
Negotiate with landlords, conduct reference checks, prepare tenancy agreements, and coordinate move‑in procedures
Provide ongoing support to tenants during their tenancy
Manage new property onboarding, including marketing preparation (photos, videos) and reporting to landlords
Maintain property listings on online portals
Handle office visitors and liaise with delivery companies
Support office lease administration
Coordinate with external suppliers and contractors
Sales Executive Skills & Qualifications
Sales experience preferred
Business‑level English
Japanese working experience and/or conversational+ level Japanese required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, flexible, and able to work independently
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Team player with strong collaboration skills
Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a busy environment
