We are seeking a curious, driven, and dynamic Sales Professional to take on a pioneering, high-impact role at Systango. You will build and nurture a pipeline of new clients and strategic partners and own the full sales cycle. This role emphasizes building an ecosystem of relationships, shaping opportunities, and acting as a trusted voice for our brand in the market. You will work with leadership, the BD team, and delivery teams to bring in high-quality, strategic work across cloud, AI, data, application development, and emerging technologies. Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to identify and acquire new scale-up/ SMB clients. Conduct market research to identify potential leads and industries for business development. Use networking, cold calling, and other lead-generation techniques to contact key decision-makers. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through effective communication and follow-up. Qualify leads to align with target markets and objectives. Collaborate with the pre-sales team to develop tailored solutions and proposals. Negotiate contracts and terms to close deals and meet sales targets. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify opportunities. Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics. Travel for trade shows and events (2-4 per quarter). Requirements
5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in technology, enterprise, or business development. Proven ability to craft sales decks, narratives, and USPs tailored to customers. Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs. Strong understanding of sales processes, lead generation, and qualification. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with offshore delivery teams is a plus. Self-starter, proactive, organized, and detail-oriented. Knowledge of selling data-driven solutions, AI/Agents, or Blockchain is a bonus but not essential.
