Über
The Role As a Senior AI Solutions Engineer (AI Deployment Architect), you will work directly with customers to understand their challenges and design, deploy, and scale innovative AI solutions and automations on our Process Intelligence platform. In a pre‑sales and post‑sales capacity, you will collaborate closely with Product & Engineering and GTM teams to standardize solutions and deliver them at scale, leveraging your deep production experience.
The Work You’ll Do
Pitch Celonis AI value proposition and vision to customers and align our solutions with their AI strategy.
Prototype, develop, deploy and scale AI solutions tailored to customer needs, including both traditional machine learning and LLM‑based solutions.
Identify and package scalable AI use cases across the Celonis platform, driving innovation and expanding our offerings.
Collect and share AI success stories with the whole organization and our customers.
Help define and lead execution on the roadmap for AI Lighthouse customers.
Collaborate closely with Product & Engineering and the Business Apps teams to inform future product development based on customer feedback.
Train internal teams and help them position and deploy AI solutions.
Design and architect end‑to‑end deployments that encompass AI, PI & Automation.
The Preferred Qualifications You Need
5+ years of experience in an analytical role aimed at demonstrating or securing value through business data analysis, business process improvement and/or software deployment, ideally in a customer‑facing consultancy or SaaS provider role.
Proven experience developing AI solutions for enterprises, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful real‑world use cases.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
Excellent problem‑solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail with a track record of delivering high‑quality solutions under tight deadlines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights for non‑technical stakeholders.
Experience in production‑level acceptance testing and delivering end‑to‑end solutions.
Strong visionary architectural mindset to develop scalable and easily extensible solutions.
Strong technical acumen to choose the right AI solution/technology for each customer pain point.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Econometrics or a related field.
