What You'll Do:
Lead daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth, efficient service
Manage, train, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations
Drive sales and profitability while managing costs and inventory
Partner with the culinary team to coordinate service and menu excellence
Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive workplace culture
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of restaurant management or equivalent hospitality leadership experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proven ability to manage a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
Experience in staff training, scheduling, and performance management
A passion for food, hospitality, and community engagement
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
