- We are seeking an experienced chef who can inspect restaurants to ensure quality food preparation, presentation, and cleanliness standards are met.
- Hiring, training, and developing staff members to achieve peak performance.
- Developing recipes and menus based on consumer tastes, nutritional needs, and sustainability requirements.
- Managing food costs, labor expenses, and inventory control in assigned restaurants.
- Negotiating with suppliers to secure the best prices and products.
- Maintaining high standards of sanitation and hygiene practices throughout the kitchen.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing all levels of back-of-house operations, working closely with General Managers to ensure consistency of product and identify potential issues. You will supervise Sous Chefs and hourly BOH staff, providing guidance and development opportunities.
