Our showroom is the centrepiece of our brand where clients discover the potential of their dream space.
The Role As our Bathroom Sales Showroom Manager, you’ll lead the customer experience from arrival to sale and beyond.
Welcome visitors, conduct home surveys, design in Virtual Worlds, present 3D visuals and proposals, and close sales.
Keep displays fresh, on‑trend, and aligned with our luxury‑meets‑practical ethos.
Drive revenue by consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets through strong design and relationship‑building.
Collaborate with installation teams, manage project schedules, and troubleshoot any snags.
Order and track stock, inspect deliveries, and resolve any supplier issues proactively.
Open/close the premises, maintain security, and ensure the space is always visitor‑ready.
Host events, post showroom content, and build relationships with local installers, architects, and suppliers.
Help recruit, onboard, and mentor junior designers as the business expands.
What Success Looks Like First 3 months
Master showroom operations and Virtual Worlds design tools.
Close your first £100k+ in cumulative sales.
Refresh two displays using premium brand partners.
Generate a personal sales pipeline via surveys and social content.
6+ Months
Consistently achieve £30k+ net monthly sales with glowing customer feedback.
Formalise supplier/installer onboarding and begin mentoring junior designers.
Essential
3+ years bathroom design sales experience with a proven 40%+ close rate.
1+ year using design software to create 3D bathroom visuals (ideally Virtual Worlds).
Strong confidence presenting and managing high‑value design proposals.
Hands‑on experience with ordering, supplier liaison, and delivery management.
Full UK driving licence + own vehicle for site visits.
Experience maintaining showroom displays and visual merchandising.
Trustworthy and reliable to act as showroom keyholder.
Proven mentoring or leadership in a design or sales team.
Desirable
Video/reel content creation skills for social media.
Passion for sustainability and water‑saving technologies.
