The Role

1. Manage front-of-house operations daily, setting the tone for exceptional service.
2. Hire, train, and develop a skilled team to drive success.
3. Maintain high standards without overcomplicating things.
4. Collaborate closely with leadership and the chef on systems, menus, and goals.
5. Oversee scheduling, ordering, and overall operations.
