We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our dynamic team at Superica.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record of managing kitchen operations and driving results.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the hourly back-of-house staff
- Assisting in day-to-day kitchen operations
- Training line cooks on menu items and recipes
- Liaising with Executive Chef and other department heads
The successful candidate will be a natural leader who can motivate and inspire a cohesive team. They must be able to work effectively under pressure, think critically, and solve problems proactively.
Required qualifications include three years of progressive culinary experience, preferably in a lead cook or sous chef role.
Our organization offers a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $70,000 per year, plus a generous quarterly bonus program. Additionally, employees are eligible for full benefits after 30 days of employment, including major medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
