Role Overview You will be part of a team of technical specialists responsible for managing Beeks Group’s network and services. In this role, you will provide technical support to all Beeks customers, covering their network and server‑related services.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the NOC Manager and wider team to maintain high service levels and optimal uptime for all clients.
Communicate with internal and external customers to understand technical requirements and resolve issues promptly with minimal impact.
Investigate and diagnose network‑related incidents reported by customers, coordinating with transit providers or cross‑connect counterparties when required.
Deploy and maintain BGP sessions across trading, WAN, and public network infrastructures.
Monitor, analyse, and enhance network resources including routers, switches, uplinks and support the provisioning of new Points of Presence.
Adhere to change control processes and prepare, submit, and present changes to the weekly Change Advisory Board (CAB).
Assist in delivering new services for Beeks customers, such as servers, firewalls, GRE tunnels, and other infrastructure components.
Key Objectives
Maintain high availability and uptime across the Beeks network.
Respond to customer queries promptly in accordance with contracted SLAs.
Reduce unplanned outages by adhering to established change control procedures.
Manage incidents effectively and maintain communication with affected clients until full resolution.
Stay informed about emerging technologies and pursue continuous professional development aligned with the company’s goals.

Desirable Qualifications / Experience
1–2 years experience in a networking role.
Degree in Networking or a related subject.

Additional Information You will work full time on a rotating shift pattern across multiple days per week, which includes night shifts, weekend coverage, and daytime shifts.
