The role: Insurance Sales Advisor (Client Advisor) Are you an experienced sales professional with a background in insurance, eager to excel at a market‑leading insurance broker? We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our Enterprise Sales team, focusing on small to mid‑sized commercial businesses. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive new business growth and make a significant impact.

Importantly, this role does not involve cold calling. Instead, you will engage with warm leads sourced from web inquiries, affinity partners, and other channels, converting genuine interest into valuable new business opportunities.
If you’re ready to take your sales career to the next level with a respected industry leader and have at least 1 year of sales experience—which could even include recruitment or telesales—we want to hear from you.
We will count on you to:
Prospect relationship development and management
Project management from initial prospect contact to transition to client
Deliver sales and growth with a focus on your dedicated industry sector
Demonstrate strong team collaboration ability in order to forge proactive working relationships within the business
Provide insight and thought leadership within your dedicated sector and build profile through regular interaction with key stakeholders
What you need to have:
Previous target‑driven sales experience (Recruitment, Telesales, New Business, etc.)
Ability to generate leads and follow these up to build a strong pipeline of potential insurance clients
Excellent interpersonal skills to present to prospective clients
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Stakeholder management skills up to and including senior executive level
Excellent time management
