Fully remote, async‑first, DevTool SaaS, 32‑40h/week. Working hours must fall within the UTC-3 to UTC+3 time zone. Salary is determined by experience and skills. You will empower developers to own and ensure application performance and reliability from pull request to post‑mortem.
What you’ll do
Own and evolve the uptime monitoring platform, driving new capabilities that help customers observe and protect critical infrastructure at scale.
Work with infrastructure to deploy a ClickHouse instance for check‑run logs and meta‑data; design and implement an API that allows customers to run reports on their check runs.
Partner with customers to hunt down bugs that cause checks to fail in private‑location infrastructure.
Spearhead improvements to the status‑pages product to achieve an industry‑leading standard of reliability, transparency, and real‑time communication.
Scale the current backend platform to meet growing demand and participate in the on‑call rotation to maintain 24/7 uptime.
What you should have
Deep experience building applications in a professional SaaS environment, ideally with TypeScript. (Go is a plus.)
Passion for developer tooling and Playwright.
Experience building distributed systems on AWS or bare‑metal servers.
A desire for business impact and the instant visibility that a start‑up offers.
Willingness to work in a growing company with experienced founders.
Excellent communication in spoken and written English, assuming good intentions.
Autonomous and self‑motivated in a remote setting, while enjoying collaboration with colleagues.
Ability to contribute across the stack and quickly pick up new tech.
A love for making software.
Fully remote role within the UTC-3 to UTC+3 time zones.

€88k–€107k for someone in a cost‑of‑living market similar to the UK, Germany, etc.
