Position Overview We are seeking a highly professional and polished Hardware Asset Management Analyst. The IT provisioning team is responsible for provisioning and deploying hardware to users in the EMEA region and the timely and accurate recovery of assets. The provisioning specialist will manage cases through the ticketing system (SupportForce), deploy and configure hardware for end users, handle shipping & receiving, logistics, and ticketing tasks. Your primary focus will be providing hardware to new employees, replacements through our break‑fix process, working hardware provisioning cases, shipping asset recovery kits, tracking shipments, and updating asset records. We seek someone who can hit the ground running to manage multiple responsibilities and projects while producing high‑quality work.

Key Responsibilities
Managing case‑work through our ticketing system.
Deploying and assigning hardware to users.
Contacting internal and external users for pickup and delivery information.
Shipping asset return kits to internal and external users.
Updating asset inventory records and support cases.
Shipping and receiving assets.
Required Skills/Experience
Experience with support ticketing systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar software.
Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to articulate verbally and in writing.
Ability to excel in a fast‑growing, fast‑paced environment delivering accuracy while managing deadlines and adapting to changing priorities.
Ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks, and to work with deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Exhibit attention to detail.
Demonstrate initiative.
Ability to work independently.
