Overview Sales Executive FinTech (Trading, Banking, Operations, Post trade, Financial Services, FinTech, Financial Technology). The role involves driving new business and growing strategic client relationships in buy- and sell-side markets. Youll work with product, marketing, and senior sales leadership to identify opportunities and position our solutions to tier 1 banks, asset managers, hedge funds, broker-dealers, and trading firms.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and close new business opportunities across buy- and sell-side institutions
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and contract close
Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring long-term engagement
Deliver product demos and articulate value propositions clearly
Attend industry events to network and build relationships
Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecasting in CRM
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to client needs
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
Requirements
Ideally 2+ years sales experience within FinTech, market data, trading technology, or related financial services, ideally on the sell side (tier 1 banks)
Understanding of buy- and sell-side trading workflows, post trade and banking operations
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proven track record meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
