As aBusiness AnalystatDaintta,you will build core business analysis capabilities by contributing to research, process mapping, and the development of client-facing deliverables.You'llwork closely with multidisciplinary teams to understand business needs,analysedata, and support the design of practical solutions. With structured learning and hands‑on project experience,you'lldevelopa strong foundationin consulting methodologies and analytical thinking.
Key Responsibilities
Support stakeholder engagement activities by helping to prepare for and document interviews, meetings, and workshops with clients and internal teams.
Assistin gathering andanalysingbusiness requirements, mapping current processes, andidentifyingareas for improvement.
Contribute to the development of business cases,optionsappraisals, and target operating models under the guidance of senior team members.
Help track project progress and delivery milestones, supporting the implementation of improvement initiatives.
Create high-quality documentation and presentations, including reports, slide decks, and analysis summaries, to support client deliverables.
Participate in internal initiatives such as proposal writing, research, and knowledge sharing to support business development efforts.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across projects, learning from experiencedconsultantsand contributing to team success.
Take part in structured learning and development activities to build consulting and analytical skills.
Build positive working relationships with colleagues and clients,demonstratingprofessionalism, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.

Skills / Knowledge Required Skills / Knowledge
Degree Educated or equivalent.
Communication : Clear verbal and written communication, especially when translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Problem-Solving : Analytical thinking and a structured approach to breaking down complex challenges.
