Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions
Manage Azure cloud infrastructure, including provisioning, monitoring, and cost optimization.
Support containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes) aligned with customer cloud governance and security standards.
Collaborate with developers, architects, and delivery teams to streamline release management and improve deployment automation.
Own, support, and improve the programme's use of GitHub as the single source of all code repositories in the organization
Ensure code quality, branching strategies, and repository structure are maintained according to best practices.
Implement and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like ARM templates, Bicep, or Terraform.
Oversee security, compliance, and audit readiness, adhering to customer and public sector standards.
Provide technical consultancy and guidance to internal teams and stakeholders on Azure DevOps, GitHub, and automation practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve build, deployment, and performance issues, ensuring high availability and reliability.
Requirements
Azure Certified (e.g., AZ-104, AZ‑400, or equivalent).
About you
Minimum 3 years of hands‑on industry experience in DevOps roles.
Minimum 1 year of hand‑on use of GitHub. Preference will be given to candidates with the GitHub Foundations Certificate (GH‑900).
Proven background in consulting or public sector projects.
Strong understanding of Azure DevOps, GitHub Enterprise, and SDLC and CI/CD principles.
