Job Summary
You will become an integral part of a friendly and collaborative team of like-minded people, assisting the Sales Department in the preparation of our bids and then contractual requirements for Flare Gas Recovery systems (and other packages) for our international Oil and Gas clients. You will assist with the development of Packaged Ejectors Systems for our clients.
Responsibilities
Assessing enquiries and reviewing associated specifications
Assisting in the design of custom-engineered products
Supporting process and mechanical design (with guidance)
Creating P&ID drawings when required
Producing technical data sheets
Estimating costs for proposals
Negotiating tender and contract terms to align with both client and company requirements
Preparing quotations and associated documentation
Attending bid clarification meetings
Identifying new clients who would benefit from company products and services, while maximizing opportunities with existing clients
Providing technical and process support to the sales team
Visiting clients and attending exhibitions (some travel and overnight stays may be required)
Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth contract handovers
Supporting marketing efforts by attending trade shows, conferences, and other promotional events when needed
Basic Qualifications
Degree in Chemical, Process, or Mechanical Engineering (BEng or MEng).
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
At least one year of relevant industry experience.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Proven ability to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently in high-pressure situations.
Commercial awareness and business acumen.
