Are You the Right Person for the Job?
Has proven car sales experience (main dealer or independent) – or strong high‑value/retail sales experience.
Is confident selling warranty, finance and add‑on products.
Holds a full UK driving licence.
Is confident, approachable and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
Can build trust and long‑lasting customer relationships.
Is target‑driven, proactive and hungry to earn.
Is organised, professional and comfortable with admin and paperwork.
Experience with iVendi or DealerKit is an advantage, not essential.
What Does the Role Look Like?
Welcome customers and guide them smoothly through the buying process.
Handle online, app, phone and showroom enquiries.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
Present, demonstrate and facilitate test drives.
Value part‑exchange vehicles where required.
Manage the full sales journey from enquiry to handover.
Ensure every customer interaction reflects high professional standards.
