Job Summary. About the Role Movar is seeking a Data Engineer with hands‑on experience in building cloud data systems. You will design and implement data pipelines that support analytics and AI across complex infrastructure programmes. Working within our Data & AI team, you will contribute to scalable, reliable data solutions whilst developing your expertise in Azure cloud technologies and modern data engineering practices.
Core Responsibilities
Design and build data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Synapse Analytics.
Develop ETL/ELT workflows to ensure data quality and reliability.
Work with data lakes and warehouses using Azure Data Lake Storage and SQL Server.
Collaborate with analysts and data scientists to deliver robust data products.
Implement data quality checks and monitoring processes.
Participate in technical reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.
Technical Stack Core:
What You’ll Bring
Professional experience in data engineering or related technical roles.
Solid understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data pipeline design.
Hands‑on experience with Azure data services and SQL.
Growing knowledge of data architecture principles and best practices.
Good problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
