Salary:
£27,000 – £30,000 Basic, OTE £45,000 – £50,000 + car allowance up to £300
Working Hours:
5‑day week Monday‑Friday 9:30am‑6:30pm, Saturday 9:30am‑5pm (rota)
Vehicle:
Driver & own car required
We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Senior Sales Negotiator who is competent at listing properties, has experience and good knowledge of the local area and is eager to build and maintain relationships. Identifying opportunities for business growth
Making calls and following up on leads
Working with the sales team to hit targets
Maintaining strong market knowledge
Winning new instructions
Providing excellent customer services
Carrying out property valuations
Growing the sales portfolio
