Key responsibilities
Communicate with customers face‑to‑face and via phone/email to support and understand their buying requirements.
Present new and approved used models, demonstrating features and pricing.
Process customer paperwork, arrange finance and insurance options, and close sales within the dealership’s guidelines.
Assist with test drives and vehicle delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records in the sales system and update activities on a daily basis.
Support the team in achieving set sales targets and key performance indicators.
Participate in regular training and development programmes.
What we are looking for
Prior experience in retail customer service or sales, preferably in automotive or similar high‑volume environments.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – confident, persuasive and friendly.
Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
A valid UK driving licence is desirable but not essential.
A willingness to work flexible weekend and shift patterns.

Basic salary of £21,000 per annum with the potential to earn generous commission (OTE £38,000).
