About the role
Location: Sevenoaks
Department: Sales
Employment type: Full‑time (37.5 hours per week)
Base salary: £25,000–£28,000 per annum (DOE)
Uncapped commission – realistic OTE £50,000
Monthly car allowance: £250
Business travel paid
Full training provided for all applicants
Job Responsibilities
Primary focus on door‑to‑door sales, engaging residents at their homes.
Create and nurture your own lead pipeline, guiding prospects to conversion.
Collaborate with your line manager to showcase YouFibre’s services to local customers.
Develop relationships within the community and with key stakeholders.
The Essentials
Located within a 30‑minute drive of Sevenoaks.
Full, clean UK driving licence and own vehicle access.
Valid right to work in the UK.

Safety for the Role Knocking on doors can be intimidating. We provide a ‘lone worker’ app on company iPads that tracks your location during shifts and alerts your line manager if you exceed a set time limit.
