We’re looking for a Senior B2B Partner Sales Manager – Mobile Channel to drive success across both desk‑based and field‑based sales teams. This pivotal leadership role focuses on shaping and executing sales strategies, coaching for excellence, and building strong partner relationships that deliver outstanding results. As a player/manager, you’ll combine hands‑on involvement with exceptional leadership skills—motivating, mentoring, and guiding your team to achieve ambitious targets while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Lead and empower a field and desk‑based mobile dealer/partnership function, driving performance across mobile airtime, SIM‑free, and energy KPIs.
Develop new business acquisition strategies, supporting your team to generate leads through calls, emails, social media, and networking events.
Participate in high‑level negotiations, helping secure strategic deals and ensuring successful outcomes.
Lead by example, demonstrating the behaviours and work ethic that inspire your team to excel.
Recruit, train, coach, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals, deliver growth and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Proven experience in the mobile dealer/partnership market, ideally across both desk and field‑based environments.
A strong track record in new business acquisition and delivering growth in high‑performing sales teams.
Exceptional coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to develop talent and drive results.
Proven ability to influence and impact stakeholders and clients at all levels.
A full valid UK driving licence.
