Job Overview We are recruiting for a Sales Support Executive at Nisbets. This role will support our largest and highest‑profile customers with all matters relating to orders, delivery times, stock availability, alternative products, and incorrect goods received. The position includes a 2‑week induction, a gradual introduction to key systems and processes, and teamwork with a staff of just under 30 colleagues. Hybrid working is available after an initial settlement period.
Responsibilities
Serve as the support network for all stakeholders and clients, providing quotes and orders on request.
Contribute to the achievement of revenue and margin targets for your customer base.
Use our extensive supplier network to source non‑stocked products for our customers.
Answer inbound calls from stakeholders, offering a one‑stop resolution; where this is not possible, schedule call‑backs until a resolution is achieved.

Qualifications & Requirements
Great customer service approach with a drive to go the extra mile.
Strong IT skills and ability to work with a range of different systems and to pick up new systems quickly.
Good written communication skills, with a professional and business approach to language.
Strong prioritisation skills and the ability to develop good processes to organise your workload and hit KPIs.
Commercially aware, with the ability to spot opportunities and respond to them.
