As Industrial Sales Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth strategy: Identify, target, and secure new industrial customers Lead, coach, develop a team of Business Development Managers Develop bespoke proposals that add tangible value to clients while meeting commercial objectives Negotiate contracts, manage the sales pipeline, and deliver on ambitious sales targets Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and positioning Base pay range
£60,000 – £70,000 per year (London area, dependent on experience) About You
We’re looking for someone who is: Proven experience selling energy supply (electricity, gas, or related services) to industrial clients Commercially savvy; understands market drivers, pricing models, and procurement processes in the energy sector Entrepreneurial; able to spot opportunities and act decisively to capture them Relationship-focused with exceptional communication and negotiation skills If you’re ready to take ownership of your results and make a significant impact in the industrial energy market, apply now with your CV and a short cover letter explaining why you’re the right fit.
