About the Role We are seeking a senior technical advisor to enable our enterprise customers to fully leverage Cloudflare’s platform, ensuring performance, security, and optimal value. You’ll work closely with Digital Customer Success Managers and cross‑functional teams to provide proactive support and scalable solutions.
Responsibilities
Serve as trusted technical advisor, delivering 1:1 and 1:many engagements.
Provide technical onboarding, best‑practice guidance, and content creation for workshops.
Collaborate with Customer Support, Engineering, and other teams to resolve escalations.
Identify expansion opportunities and promote retention via gap communication.
Share knowledge through internal documentation and public Q&A.
Support regional CSM pool.
Qualifications
Fluency in English; additional languages appreciated.
5–8 years of post‑sales customer relationship management experience.
Deep understanding of internet protocols (TCP/IP, TLS, DNS, HTTP, OSI model).
Knowledge of proxies, firewall, WAF, Bot Management, rate limiting, cloud performance.
Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
Project management and prioritization skills.
Passion for staying up to date with internet technologies and industry trends.
