Responsibilities
Grow new business across the retail, hospitality, and leisure industries
Develop new sales opportunities using outbound cold emails, cold calls, and lead follow‑ups
Effectively manage customers, developing and maintaining relationships and additional leads
Build efficient communication techniques to grow business through networking, email, social media, referrals, events, and sector‑specific fairs
Communicate with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities
Maintain and improve the database of prospects
Research new leads
Keep up to date with product and service information and competitor offers
Requirements
Good and demonstrable background in B2B sales
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets, preferably via telephone
A team player, working for the overall success of the business
Exceptional telephone manner and interpersonal skills
Experience handling multiple calls and emails daily
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
Patience, time management skills, and ability to prioritise tasks
Proactive attitude with a drive for success
