What you will be doing As a Sales Consultant, you’ll grow our customer base by engaging with trial users and new prospects, converting interest into long‑term customers through tailored conversations, demos, and outreach. You’ll be part of a supportive, fast‑moving team focused on customer success and shared achievements.
Main Responsibilities
Convert marketing‑generated trial signups into paying customers
Deliver tailored product demonstrations to prospects
Achieve monthly subscription and revenue goals
Customer Activation and Support
Start the customer journey with clarity—understand needs and set onboarding expectations
Respond to prospect and customer queries promptly and professionally
Educate prospects on key product features, benefits, and value
Strategy and Collaboration
Build relationships with UK partners and referrers
Collaborate with Product and Support teams to continuously improve the customer experience
Manage your sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM
Essential Skills / Our Ideal Candidate
Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within a SaaS environment. Direct business customer focus, operational challenge understanding, and tailored solution adoption.
Demonstrable experience meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs, with 2+ years of experience.
Confident delivering product demos to a variety of audiences, clearly articulating value and tailoring presentations to customer needs.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to respond to prospects and customers in a timely, professional, and engaging manner.
Organised and detail‑oriented, able to manage a varied pipeline and workload using tools like HubSpot.
Customer‑centric mindset with a proactive, positive attitude and a passion for helping businesses succeed through smart, consultative selling.
Useful Skills / And a massive bonus if
You’ve worked with both inbound and outbound leads, and know how to adapt your approach to different sales journeys.
You’ve had experience in a high‑growth SaaS environment, especially in a start‑up or scale‑up setting.
You understand technical terminology and have knowledge with things such as e.g. APIs.
You understand the customer onboarding process and how to set clear expectations that lead to long‑term success.
You’ve used HubSpot CRM extensively, or have experience with similar sales tools and are quick to learn new systems.
