Required Skills & Experience
Strong creative background in UI/UX mobile design with Figma, Balsamiq & Adobe backed up with a portfolio of work for blue-chips organisations
Some exposure to and interest in backend development & integration with C#
Experience with SaaS & mobile product development and cloud-based deployment (ideally Azure)
Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
A willingness to work 30% in office & 70% remote
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement responsive, user‑friendly interfaces for a global SaaS / mobile platform in a fast‑paced setting with minimal iterations
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and end‑users to translate requirements into elegant UI solutions
Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback from legal professionals
Ensure design consistency across platforms and adherence to WCAG accessibility standards
Work closely with backend developers (C#, Azure) to integrate APIs and services securely and efficiently, picking up some C# coding as needed
Maintain design documentation and UI component libraries for scalability and reuse
