Job Information Hours of work: 8 am – 5 pm, Monday – Friday
Rate: £25 per hour
Travel: paid; you must be able to travel to all six sites located in Slough, Hayes, St Albans, Liverpool Street & Canary Wharf.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Carry out all aspects of M&E/fabric maintenance
Lighting – small installation, fault finding, lamping, ballast changes, control panels, power distribution
Emergency lighting tests
Air conditioning – air handling units / fan coil units (filter changes, cleaning)
Water treatment – temperature checks, not dosing
Plumbing – unblock toilets
BMS system – monitoring (e.g., hot & cold)
Escort and organise subcontractors
Attend client meetings if required
Ensure site log books are kept up to date
Requirements
Electrically or mechanically qualified (NVQ / City & Guilds Level 2/3; City & Guilds 18th Edition for electrical)
Must be able to provide copies of trade certificates
Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
Multi‑skilled
Good communication skills
Able to start immediately or at short notice
