We’re looking for an Engineering Lead to join the embedded finance vertical. Our mission is to build the world's best embedded finance platform for our partners. We work closely with multiple functions within our vertical from solutions engineering and business development to understand the pain points of some of the largest enterprises in the world to build robust, scalable solutions for them. In the team you will be exposed to a wide range of challenges for our partners from being able to frictionlessly onboard their consumer and business customers to seamlessly moving money across borders. This is a hands-on engineering lead role that will support the engineers in their growth and driving technical decisions in building reliable, scalable products. You will be working closely with a product manager in developing a long term vision and roadmap for the team and their domain. What will you be working on? This is a hands-on role so you will be designing, developing, and maintaining the team’s services Mentoring and supporting engineers in the team in their growth and development Support the team in technical decisions to make sure we build a high quality product that is reliable and scalable. Working closely with a Product Manager to own and drive the team’s direction and product plans Collaborate with teams across Wise to deliver real impact and expand the functionality we can offer to our partners on our platform.
