Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a team of specialists in business analysis, service design and change management.
Champion user‑centred design, ensuring services reflect real needs and deliver real impact.
Embed frameworks and standards that make change consistent, inclusive and sustainable.
Collaborate with senior leaders, shaping strategies and turning them into actionable plans.
Drive continuous improvement, creating a culture where learning and innovation thrive.
About you You are a natural connector and strategic thinker who cares about outcomes and people. You bring:
Significant experience leading business analysis, service design and change management functions.
A proven track record of delivering complex change initiatives in dynamic or regulated environments.
Expertise in user‑centred design and change management principles.
Strong leadership and people development skills.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing ability at senior levels.
Experience in housing, public sector or regulated environments (ideal but not essential).
Hybrid role and travel This is a hybrid role that allows you to work from home if you wish. Travel within the Hampshire, Wiltshire, Somerset, Dorset, Devon, Cornwall and London operating region is required.
