Sales and Service Coordinator
at
Ecofficiency , you will work with customers to process incoming enquiries by phone or email, whilst delivering an excellent service. You will establish strong relationships with customers and supply chain partners to book in customer orders.
You will ensure that day‑to‑day operations run smoothly through organisation and prioritisation of your workload while managing ad‑hoc queries and using problem‑solving skills to create good outcomes today and even better outcomes in the future. As part of a small team, you will thrive in a fast‑paced environment, enjoy working as part of a group while also taking responsibility for your own workload and building relationships with your customers. You will take ownership of customer complaints or queries, ensuring they are investigated and resolved promptly. Working well under pressure, you will pay attention to detail and raise quotations for products and services in accordance with KPIs and SLAs.
Additional Information
Working hours are 42.5 per week, Monday to Friday, 8am‑5pm or 8:30am‑5:30pm with a half‑hour lunch and two 15‑minute breaks.
Full‑time office work in Doncaster; applicant must live within a reasonable distance to travel to DN9 3GA.
This is an office‑based role with some hybrid working available after probation.

Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
Strong organisational skills and time management – able to work accurately in a fast‑paced environment with attention to detail.
Responds well to pressure, able to meet deadlines.
Negotiates and identifies business opportunities.
Enthusiastic, driven and determined.
Confident with Microsoft Office programmes.
You Must Have
Delivered outstanding customer service in a previous role.
Can work independently and manage time while being an effective team member.
Grade C in Maths & English GCSE.
Basic IT skills – proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
You May Have Experience working in the waste industry.
