Our Commercial team is expanding, and we’re looking for ambitious new talent to help us grow even further.
The Role This is a
junior-level role
ideal for someone with a little experience in sales, marketing, or business development — but more importantly, someone with a
huge appetite to learn, grow, and succeed
. You’ll play a key supporting role for our Commercial team:
Handling smaller-scale sales opportunities
Conducting outbound communication with potential clients (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, etc.)
Supporting with client research and lead generation
Assisting in proposal preparation and sales administration
Managing follow-up communications and building early client relationships
You’ll gain hands-on exposure to major accounts, high-profile clients, and the full sales process — with plenty of room to
evolve your career, earn commission, and grow into larger responsibilities
over time.
What We’re Looking For
Some prior experience in a sales, customer service, or BD role is an advantage — but attitude matters more than your CV!
A natural communicator: confident, clear, and personable

Proactive, organised, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
