Responsibilities
Manage customer orders from receipt through to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
Coordinate with internal teams and customers to maintain smooth communication and resolve issues.
Support program teams with data entry and reporting in SAP and other systems.
Monitor and track delivery schedules, proactively addressing any delays.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the sales administration function.
Qualifications
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with diverse teams.
High attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP is an advantage.
Willingness to learn, adapt and grow within a global organisation.
