Responsibilities
Market properties to potential homeowners Arrange and conduct property viewings Negotiate offers Generate new leads through canvassing, door‑knocking, leaflet dropping and more Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients Continue your training and development with close support from your mentor
Training & Development
One week of purpose‑built training at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre Industry‑leading training delivered through one‑to‑one and group sessions Day‑to‑day learning led by industry experts ‑paid hotel stay, breakfast, lunch and an evening meal throughout your training period
Benefits
