Inside Sales Representative
role focused exclusively on following up with and nurturing
qualified, pre‑screened leads
—
no cold calling
and
no prospecting
required.
You’ll join an experienced inside sales team supporting one of the
top‑producing real estate teams in Birmingham . Enjoy a predictable schedule (3–4 evenings per week and 3 of 4 weekends, with some flexibility), two weeks of vacation, and genuinely work‑free days off. This is a real estate career where you can turn your phone off at night and actually enjoy your life.

Responsibilities
Handle inbound inquiries and follow up with
qualified buyer and seller leads
Build relationships, provide value, and nurture prospects until they are ready for appointments
Convert leads into booked appointments for the outside sales team
Maintain detailed CRM notes, tracking conversations, follow‑up, and pipeline status
Communicate professionally with clients and team members
Collaborate with the team to continually improve scripts, conversion rates, and systems
Represent the team with a high level of integrity and client care
Qualifications
Prior sales, customer service, or inside sales experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational, follow‑up, and time‑management abilities
Comfortable working a consistent schedule including evenings and weekends
A positive, team‑first mindset with the ability to leave ego at the door
Self‑starting, coachable, and able to follow a proven system
Experience working leads in a CRM is a plus
Compensation $100,000
