Responsibilities
Identify and secure charging locations: source, qualify, and approach businesses with suitable private land for wireless robot charging installations, targeting a diverse portfolio from local small businesses to major nationwide chains.
Generate and qualify a pipeline: proactively research potential deployment sites and build a strategically prioritised pipeline of site acquisition opportunities across the UK.

Lead negotiations: manage the full end‑to‑end negotiation process with property owners, portfolio managers, and key decision‑makers to secure favourable, long‑term lease or partnership agreements.
Drive contract closure: expertly drive complex deals through to completion, ensuring all legal and commercial terms are precisely agreed upon, documented, and fully signed.
