Main Duties and Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution:
develop and execute sponsorship sales strategies to meet revenue targets across assigned legal industry events.
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
identify and build relationships with prospective sponsors, including law firms, legal technology providers and service vendors targeting legal professionals.
Client Relationship Management:
manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and proposal development to negotiation and closing. Maintain and grow existing client relationships across the European and South American regions.
Market Research:
stay up to date with legal industry trends to identify new sponsorship opportunities and tailor proposals to client needs.
Collaboration:
work closely with the marketing, content, research and event operations teams to ensure sponsor deliverables are fulfilled to the highest standard.
Reporting & Forecasting:
maintain accurate CRM records, prepare sales reports and provide regular revenue forecasts.

Skills and Experience
B2B event sponsorship or media sales, ideally within the legal, professional services or events industry.
Business proficiency (spoken and written) in English and at least one of Portuguese, Spanish or French as this role is selling specifically to the UK, French, Brazilian and Latin American jurisdictions.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Solid experience of qualifying new business opportunities and transitioning them through the event sales funnel.
Pipeline management should be your bread and butter.
Strong network or experience working with legal vendors, law firms or legal tech companies is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to create compelling sponsorship proposals and negotiate at senior levels.
Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work independently or as part of a team.
