Salary:
£27,500 + Commission
Primary Responsibilities:
To action inbound and business development leads according to SLAs
Convert inbound leads to market appraisals
Convert BD leads to instruction
KPIs:
Meeting SLAs
MA and instructions conversion rates
Converting inbound and business development leads into market appraisals, against target
Reporting Structure:
Reports into Business Development Team Leader
Progression Pathway:
Outbound Property Services Consultant
